Dear Nigel,
Please accept my heartfelt thanks for the most kind and efficient way in which your team carried out my wife's funeral arrangements. Although very sad for me I was very uplifted by the tremendous support I received during the 'Thanksgiving Service'.
Please pass on my gratitude to Teresa and the team.

Arthur, thank you for your kind comments about our team, and Teresa and I in particular, they are much appreciated. I did find it an honour to be involved in the funeral of âMiss Websterâ my former school mistress from over half a century ago (It was hard to believe). It was an accolade to all she had done in her life to see the church full for the service of thanksgiving for her life and there was a lovely warm family feeling among all those in attendance. Everyone in the Lymn's office in Sutton in Ashield was incredible. They are so caring and human and also very professional. My mum's funeral happened just as we had planned it and went off without a hitch. The people involved were so respectful towards mum and very concerned to please the family and I. I would not hesitate to recommend Lymn's to anyone and will certainly use them in case of future need.

Scott is the ultimate professional, and deals with every situation in the correct manner. This is unfortunately our second funeral in a few months. The minute we walked back in, not only did he recognise us, he acknowledged the situation and took his job to the next level. Thank you Scott for looking after our family so well. Richard.

From start to finish the service we received was first class, which is massively appreciated at a time like this. Natalie took the initial details in a sympathetic way ensuring you had all necessary information. Donna was incredibly helpful, kind, caring and professional throughout the lead up and Richard did a fantastic job on the day. I couldn't really fault them at all. Thank you so much.

They were excellent in the way that they listened to what I wanted and didn’t push anything on me as I was in a very vulnerable state. Were very sympathetic and helpful.

The service as been very good, nothing is to much trouble in fact all of my family members have used them because of there friendly and kind nature.
I know that my family members have been looked after really well while in there care.

This was the third family funeral that Lymns have organised for me. All of their staff are highly professional, courteous and caring. I wouldn’t have considered using anyone else at such a sad time, when it’s so important that all the arrangements go perfectly and I knew I could trust them implicitly to ensure everything went smoothly.

Just want to say a big thank you to Lymns and especially Mark for not only sorting everything but also going above and beyond with his fantastic support in this very difficult time. He is an absolute credit to Lymns not only as an employee but as a person. We could not have asked anymore. He was very professional, organised and was always available. We would not hesitate to use Lymns in the future and Mark and will highly recommend him to anyone who is unfortunate enough to lose a loved one. Many thanks once again for everything.

I can highly recommend Lymns, they were professional and caring from the first telephone call to the funeral service and burial. I first spoke to Russell at the Arnold branch to make an appointment and he was very polite and courteous and explained everything to me. We then dealt with Deanna when we went to the office. She was excellent and guided us through the process with complete professionalism and empathy. The funeral itself went without a hitch, the drivers and everyone involved were polite and courteous and this extended to the burial too. The little touches such as a basket of rose petals to sprinkle onto the coffin and the vase of flowers were much appreciated. Lymns made what was a very difficult day much easier with their exceptional service.
