Jackie Lymn Rose and her team, notably Sarah Derbyshire, helped us to arrange the perfect funeral for my mum Hether. All the arrangements were made very easily and Lymn’s were totally professional. The Order of Service printing was excellent, the usher at the service likewise. The contact with the Minister was made very easy and the flowers were beautiful. Mum was laid out beautifully and seeing her at peace was very comforting.Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Jackie led the cortège with great dignity and professionalism and I cannot praise her and Lymn’s highly enough.

Mark at the Carlton office gave us exemplary service and made a sad occasion run very smoothly. Our family was given all the support we we could have wished for. A W Lymn's rates are very competitive and we will certainly use them in the future should the need arise.

They did an excellent job. Would recommend them . Where very caring . The only thing that was not right was some music for remembering the deceased in the middle. It was the right title on our cd we gave them , but a different version with just piano music , ours had other musical instruments in it with piano in the background. So it sounded completely different. Did not spoil the day though.

From the first contact by telephone asking for advice on costs, through meetings to understand our wishes, Angela proved helpful and knowledgeable and provided useful advice on the process of registering a death. More than that, up to the day, she was always available in person, by phone or by email to resolve queries and gently remind about forgotten options. It would have been so much harder without her.
On the day, Derek was prompt, polite and very respectful towards my dear mother. Quietly guiding us through the protocols at the crematorium.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company most highly for the professional and respectful way in which my mother's funeral was directed. At a very sad time your team have left us with happy memories. Lesley & Richard Corke

At the most difficult of times Lymns were so very good. The staff were caring and friendly but very professional. They gave us time and were endlessly patient with us while we tried to arrange the funeral. They helped us through every aspect of the arrangements and made the funeral as easy as it could be on the day.

Donna was wonderful, Marion's Daughter Jenny is deaf without speech, Donna arranged for a signer to be there, the funeral and care before and after was super. My brother died in 2002, and A W Lynn did that for us, which was why we went back. Thank you .

Thank you for making a difficult time easier. We didn’t use the online notification as most of the guest preferred telephone contact. But I like the idea of on line even though we didn’t utilise it.

From start to finish all staff members that we uncounted were nothing but 100% respectful, sympathetic, they were always on hand to answer any questions and all of our wishes were adhered to. We would certainly recommend them.
