We were and still are devastated at the loss of our fabulous mother.
We contacted Lymns bulwell branch and arrange the funeral with help from Kim Nichols. She was absolutely brilliant. So professional, helpful and extremely sympathetic always, whether face to face or on the telephone.
On the day of the funeral, the whole day was dealt with in a professional and extremely courteous manner throughout.
I would recommend this company to anyone who would be unfortunate to require their service.

We lost our mother and needed a supportive and knowldegable funeral director to assist us. From the start we were dealt with like individuals and given excellent advice on the first meeting. There was not pressure to sign or do anything we didn't want.
The planning was made easier with the systematic approach and also checking what the wishes of the family were to be. Laura at the Aspley Branch was excellent and catered to our Indian culture. Laura was flexible and patient,thank you Laura.

On the day the cars arrived and were a fitting tribute to my mum. Nigel the boss was master of ceremony and he had a knowledge, understanding and deep respect of indian traditions. He gently and efficiently manoeuvred us into the cars always suggesting options and more importantly gave us time to do what we needed to do. Never rushed and always empathetic and caring. Thank you Nigel. 

Overall Lymns has been an excellent firm to say goodbye to a loved one. They really cared about mum and the living relatives.
