We are very thankful to AW Lymn, and particularly Joanna at Clifton, for the excellent care and consideration we received whilst organising Mum's funeral. Everything went smoothly and to plan, without fuss. Thank you also to Steven Eustace (Celebrant) for conducting the funeral service and for his wonderful tribute to Mum.

As the owners of this Company this is the first time that we have had the opportunity to leave a review on FuneralZone. As a family we would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank all the staff both involved throughout the process and others for their kindness and support. Each and everyone showed us care and compassion and the funeral itself was carried out to perfection in a professional, traditional and dignified manner. A very fitting tribute to our Company Chairman. Thank you.

When my father, lifelong friend and mentor George died we found ourselves requiring the services of a funeral director. Our family firm, with which Dad had been involved for approaching seventy years and where I have worked with him for the last fifty years was obviously selected. Being a close family member and mourner I was not sure how I would feel as a client of our own company but the experience proved to be uplifting and the service provided by my friends and colleagues at A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service was exemplary. I sincerely thank all those involved on behalf of my mother, sisters and wider family for the support they gave to us, for the way they looked after Dad and for the quality and level of service that they all provided. I now have some personal experience as a bereaved family member of the service we offer and can fully understand why so many of our clients give us the accolade of a five star review. Thank you. Generally the service was excellent and very efficient. The only slightly negative comment was the timing of the funeral procession. There was insufficient time made available, which in turn created a sense of rush and slight feeling of lack of respect.

Dear Mr. Barrowcliff. I am sorry that things felt rushed on the journey to the Crematorium. Brian your funeral director tells me he had already extended the timings by five minutes, and as the first funeral of the day we could have moved the pickup time to even earlier for you had we considered we still had not enough time. Thank you for your otherwise positive comments, and I hope that this did not affect your lasting impression of the funeral service. -

I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and guidance since my mum sadly died.
A special mention to Mark who supported my family throughout my mums funeral

We were very happy with the caring, professional way Lymn's took care of Mum's funeral and arrangements. We will be forever grateful for their kind help. They were always there for us, whatever our questions were. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in their time of need.

From start to finish, every member of the team (Beryl on reception, Ellie, co-ordinator and Colum on the day) were helpful, sympathetic and supportive. They guided us through the process which we found very hard to deal with at the time.

Very professional service. This is the second time we have used them and we would definitely recommend to anyone needing a funeral directors. They took away the stress and dealt with everything.

My brother and I could not fault the service offered by A.W.Lymn. Right from the very first phone call to Derek through to the actual day of the funeral in which Angela was so compassionate and professional. We were especially pleased to discover that our dad would be taking his final car journey in a silver RR which was absolutely stunning along with the 3 other cars. Thank you Angela and your team you made us very happy that we gave dad the very best.
