Once again Dominic Lister was fabulous and everything prior to the funeral and on the day was perfect. I also dealt with Jane as Dominic was on holiday the first week and she was also excellent.

On behalf of my family I would like to thank the staff at Lymns, Carlton for the expert advice and their sympathic help and care in preparing for my Mother's Funeral. The whole process went through with exceeding care and professionalism. Due respect and calm dignity made the process more bearable.

We had previously had Lymn's for my dad's funeral four years ago, and were so impressed then, that we decided to have them again for mum's yesterday. They are extremely friendly, kind and sensative, and very professional. David Combe, at the Mansfield branch, always has time for you, never tries to rush you, and goes through every aspect of planning the funeral with you, with great care and understsnding. I would highly recommend them.

Jane and Brian have both been excellent throughout. They are professional, sympathetic and friendly We can’t fault the service we have received at this sad time. Nothing was too much trouble for them and responded to the many phone calls I made promptly and courteously. Jane constantly phoned to keep us up to date. Making sure we knew what was happening and that we were happy with the plans.
When the day we dreading arrived it went so smoothly and if a funeral could be classed as perfect this one was.

AW LYM we're kind respectful and dignified from Mark Ridout and all members of staff. All staff were kind hearted and respected myself and mum and went out there way to get us through a sad and emotional day. There support was excellent
