A. W. Lymn - Arnold - Nottingham. The staff who we spoke with, mainly Ellie Carr and Beryl were excellent and took every care to ensure the sad occasion of my fathers funeral ran smoothly and efficiently. Similarly on the day of the funeral the representatives from A. W. Lymn were also very efficient, yet extremely personable. As I am sure anyone reading this review would also be interested in pricing, then having done some prior research we found their charges fair and competitive.
They simply took care of everything. Would highly recommend.

The service by A W LYMN was without doubt excellent in all aspects of the funeral of my late mother.
David who helped my father and I to plan the funeral was kind and efficient and nothing was to much trouble even out of hours.I and my father Mr A J Allen would like to send David a big thankyou and to his team who made a sad day go without a hitch.I would recommend this company to anyone who require the best for there love ones when that sad day arrives for there family.

Megan was very good, knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated her support; the printers paid attention and I cannot fault the overall approach to planning of the funeral. The collection of my mother's body from home was empathetic and spot-on. The attention to detail going into the church, leaving it and at graveside was excellent. The cars were exactly as my mother had wished. The way in which my mother was dressed in the coffin from the neck down was exactly as I had instructed and clearly care had been taken over this.
There is however one aspect which could have been different - my mother's face was harsh and unrecognisable. It would have been helpful if I had been pre-warned before entering the room to view her that her face was distorted. I understand that my mother's illness would have had an effect as would the length of time she was on ice. However, overall I was pleased with the standard of service provided.

Excellent service, only negative i can find is the choice of Vicar for the service who did not really prepare in advance and made it feel like he was reading off a piece of paper.

Everything is taken out of ones hands as they do everything including ordering audio systems, flowers that were beautiful, printing of service sheets, in touch with the vicar and crematorium so that all goes smoothly, as it did on the day.

Ellie was very caring and understanding with all our family members while making the arrangements and any other details/ questions we had.. Beryl and Russell ensured a very smooth reception into Church and , celebration of life [ funeral] .
I would recommend Lymns [Arnold team] to anyone . During the sad time of Dad dying we had complete confidence that Lymns would do everything to ensure Dad's funeral/ celebration of life was undertaken with dignity and empathy .

Everyone loved the London bus .
