The care and consideration afforded me and the family was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and emailed questions and queries were answered swiftly... and gentle reminders were sent if there was something I'd forgotten. I never felt patronized and always felt genuinely supported by Teresa. Little details that showed a complete respect for my deceased husband included asking for his underwear along with his clothes, to preserve his dignity. Very thoughtful;very touching. At all times she and the team were very professional and respectful.

From initial telephone calls, through meetings to the day of the funeral, our funeral director, Mick Scholefiel, was wonderful. When making arrangements his advice and patience was really appreciated. The day of the funeral went very smoothly and greatly helped to relieve the stress of these occasions. I would recommend A W Lymn, Cotmanhay, to anyone wanting an excellent service from a funeral director.

Louise at Long Eaton could not have been more helpful even when we wanted to change things, which she sorted out very efficiently. She made us feel that nothing was too much trouble and we felt that she really cared about giving Dad a good send off. She treated our lovely Dad with great care, both before and after he died.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank A.W.Lymn undertakers for the excellent funeral and service they provided for the burial of my mother in law Dorothy Fowler on the 15th of October at Shirebrook Cemetery. Jackie at the Shirebrook branch was extremely helpful and advised us on the nescessary proceedures we had to follow. The drivers and the coffin bearers all made the whole funeral run like clockwork. Once again thank you to everyone.

Fiona made the whole process very easy and comforting at a very sensitive time. Her easygoing nature helped make dealing with my bereavement easier by keeping n regular contact as I was based in Coventry.

David Combe was friendly,professional and kind. Everything went very smoothly. He took over many of the arrangements for us which was a great help and relief. 
The cars were beautiful and the drivers were prompt and respectful .
