A wonderful professional service. I have never dealt with funeral directors but the personal service, kindness and patience shown to me and my family eased somewhat the grief we all feel. they were thoroughtful and showed great commitment. Nothing was no trouble, even with last minute requests. On the day, the team were so accommodating and helpful, and everything so was professional.

The support we received both before and during the day was so good. We would especially thank Brian, Nigel and Jane who in their different ways made the whole experience more bearable.

At a very sad time, both Jane and Dominic were so helpful and compassionate. I wouldn't have wanted any one else to have by my side during the organising of my husbands funeral.

We can’t thank Catherine enough for what she has done for us. From start to finish she was amazing and helped us through this very sad and difficult time. Catherine was supportive and caring and nothing was too much trouble but all still done in a professional manner.

All things to do with the care of Mum, arrangement of funeral, logistics, care and support on the day were excellent. A glitch in admin was quickly addressed: Lymns responded well to our feedback, and all staff made sure it was put right straight away.

i can't speak highly enough about all of the staff I came into contact with at the Arnold branch of Lymn's while recently arranging my Mum's funeral. It made the process so much easier during a very emotional time.
Everything ran very smoothly on the day and this helped to provide lovely memories of a very special day for us - remembering and celebrating my Mum's life.

Treated with upmost kindness and compassion,each step carefully explained and we were kept informed every step of the way.

The service provided by Lynn's was at all times courteous, sensitive, supportive and extremely professional. At a very difficult time they were patient and clear in their dealings with us and anticipated our needs.

The funeral director made the process very easy at this difficult time, we wanted a routemaster bus for my husband's funeral held at a natural burial ground and they did everything to ensure that all obstacles were overcome so our wishes could be carried out.the bus driver is to be commended and all who were involved on the day.family and friends all commented how impressed they were with how smoothly and organised the funeral was carried out.once again we would like to thank Lynn's for their excellent service.
