Dominic was really helpful, we changed our minds on the service several times and all amendments were made without question. The cars and flowers on the day of the funeral looked wonderful, also on the day of my dad's death they looked after us really well and explained the process brilliantly

I was delighted with the courtesy and respect accorded to me and could not have felt Roger was in better hands.
On the day of the funeral and throughout they went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

On behalf of my bereaved aunt I would like to thank your staff for their professional and empathetic approach to their work. They sympathetically guide you through the bereavement maze of decisions and notifications.....at no stage did their attention seem rushed but they were always there to give guidance and recommendations. They enabled me to plan my cousins Nottingham cremation with ease from Kent whilst being hugely supportive of my elderly aunt. This was typified by their courteous handling ( literally) of my aunt on the day of the funeral. Mark and Russell did a super job as did our driver who enabled us to drive to Bramcote sedately and yet somehow relaxed. Huge thanks. Marion Hudson

Sympathetic, understanding and very helpful in planning the funeral, taking account of our wishes and needs. Louise and all the staff were unobtrusive and efficient and ensured everything went smoothly.

the funeral and arrangements were above my expectations.
the only fault I could find on the day was the inside of the personal cars could have been a little more time spent on cleaning. no disrespect to the driver or company but as a person that was in the same line this could have been a bit better.Chloe Lymn Rose replied

Lymns were very understanding, explained anything we did not understand and was there for us every step of the way, even after the funeral, will be using lymns for any other funerals I have to arrange,

I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the Stapleford branch of A W Lymn following the sudden, tragic death of our son.
From the moment of our first visit - without appointment - we were treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. They all went out of their way to help us through the most painful time of our lives.
Our thanks go to Natalie, Julie and Deanna and, in particular Tracey who went over and well above the call of duty with her help, not only to my husband and me but also to our granddaughter and daughter. We are so grateful for this and for her patience and empathy before and after the funeral.

From the first time we met Nicola to all our meetings with Richard every thing concerning my husband,Ian Longson ‘s funeral was handled in a kind yet extremely professional manner. The arrangements worked perfectly and I can honestly say we,as a family, were so pleased to have chosen Lymns to provide this last event for Ian.

Absolutely brilliant company. We went to the long eaton branch and the member of staff louise was fantasic very caring and compassionate lady. Went out her way to help. Helped us in our most difficult time.
