Dan was so friendly and helpful when planning my funeral, I couldn’t have asked for anymore.

Professional, caring and compassionate, Mick paid attention to every detail of the wishes Mum had left alongside her funeral plan. Words cannot express how grateful we are to him, his intuition is astounding, he knew instinctively how she would have wanted everything! Stephen, the Celebrant, created and conducted the most beautiful Celebration of Life from the information we gave him. The whole occasion was simply perfect! Many thanks, Steph

The service we received from the first time I met Angela to go through details to the actual day of the funeral of my husband Ken was superb. Angela was very thorough and very kind to me and my girls. The compassion she showed to us at this very distressing time was outstanding. Angela talked everything through with us that would happen on the day leaving nothing out, so there was no surprises to upset us.

Cannot fault anything about them, from our first phone call the service from Lymn at Mansfield Woodhouse was outstanding.

Special mention must go to Jonathon W. Baker who was so respectful and diligent, an attentive genuine professional who is an absolute credit to himself & this family business. Nothing was too much trouble; everything was dealt with in a respectful sensitive manner from Jonathon.

A particular mention to Elaine who was so kind and supportive at every step ensuring we were all taken care of.

All the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was just how we wanted it, a thank you also to include Ben & Mark.

The drivers & cars too were immaculate and the standard and professionalism of the team was just truly exceptional on the day. At such a sad time the care shown to Marion, our Mum & Gran, was truly memorable for us. Thank you to one and all for taking care of us.

We highly recommend A. W. Lymn, we would ask them to provide the funeral services to our loved ones in the future.
A. W. Lymn, you can be exceptionally proud of the amazing team you have at Mansfield Woodhouse.

Mark Collishaw at A.W. Lymn Carlton was excellent from start to finish in helping me to arrange my sister's funeral. He is so professional and came up with some good ideas when I was struggling to decide what to do with certain things. Mark is very personable and nothing is too much trouble for him. He even hand stuck 450+ diamantes to my sister's coffin and helped me come up with a bespoke design. I went to see a couple of funeral homes before deciding and none came close to A.W. Lymn. Mark, the Funeral Director on the day was also very good and they even arranged for someone to look after my sister's dogs because I wanted them to walk her in to the Crematorium. Mark Collishaw even took time after work to attend my sister's celebration of life at Colwick Hall because we wanted him to attend part of the day, as he had put so much effort in.

There were a couple of things on the day of the funeral that were slightly disappointing (seats not reserved as requested which meant older family members were standing at the back as so many people came and the car used for family had minor dust layer on dashboard and window ledges). I also didn't have a very positive or warm experience with City Flowers which is a shame as they are part of A.W. Lymn and in the end I opted for a separate florist. However, overall I would not hesitate to recommend A.W.Lymn at Carlton and cannot thank Mark Collishaw enough for his support during a very sad and difficult time.

From the moment my sisters and I entered Lymns office at Arnold to arrange our Mothers funeral we expected to have to carry out a whole list of things to ensure that our Mother needs were taken care of. We need not have worried as Ellie led us through the entire precedier and and took care of every detail. This service continued throughout enabling us to grieve our Mothers passing.
