We were very pleased with all aspects of the funeral before and afterwards. The service in the office was excellent and very efficient. The Funeral staff on the day were all very kind, caring and sympathetic and we really could not fault anything. Would certainly recommend your services to anyone else in the future.

The West Bridgford office arranged my Mums funeral.
From the first phone call, the office meeting and everything on the day was excellent. Professional yet caring.
We were also pleased that Jackie personally ran the days events.

Our dealings with Mark Ridout throughout have been excellent but more importantly was the compassion he showed in our loss.

We were very pleased with Lymns Beeston branch. Donna Conroy and her team were understanding and supportive and went the extra mile in really poor weather conditions on the day. Highly recommended.

Thank you for a very professional service, on the worse day of weather in many years, the reliability and smart dress of the staff was immaculate, the chapel of rest was lovely, as was the way they prepared the deceased, all in all, very good from start to finish.

My dads last journey he was cared for from A-Z
I was sad that Lesley had left has I have arranged funerals with her before but Joanne stepped in to her shoes brilliantly.
