Fiona Hall, at the Spondon office, who organised my dad’s funeral, is quite brilliant. She struck the right note with us from the moment we arrived, therefore making a traumatic and difficult process straightforward.  
On the day itself, the drivers were superb: friendly, precise with their timing.

All members of staff have been so professional and supportive. As I have had to deal with arrangements for my Mum by myself, Darren has been especially patient and helpful as there have been times when I have been very much overcome by emotion with regards to making arrangements. He has gone the extra mile.

People have said Mum's funeral was beautiful and that she would have been proud of me, but I would not have been able to do it without the help of AW Lymn. Thank you.

 The organising of a funeral, at a time when emotions are high and it’s difficult to make decisions, A W Lymn and their staff are there to relieve you of the stress you are feeling. They are able to advise and support you through this difficult time. 
David Combe at the Mansfield Office was an exceptional support, nothing was to much trouble and we felt that our Mum was being cared for. The organising of the funeral and the service available was amassing and we appreciated everything which was done to help and support us.
