Every single member of staff that we met at A W Lymn were excellent. We were treated with kindness and respect. Their professionalism gave us confidence that the funeral would run smoothly without us having to think about the numerous details. Loosing Dad was a terrible time, but Lymn’s helped us through it all.

Absolutely brilliant in everything they did both preparing for the funeral and in delivery. I could not recommend them highly enough to be honest. First class from start to finish.

She was such a lovely lady and I am so pleased that the service we provided and the celebration of Angelaâs life lead by Kerry Corden appears to have been appropriate and to have helped you, Samantha, Laurence and all your loving family at this very difficult time. No words can express the amazing service we received Fiona is a superstar with so much compassion and support and made so much time for us nothing was too much. The services of A. W. LYMM at Malcolm Billington's funeral was of the highest quality, although the pall bearers struggled a little with Malcolm being such a big chap, but all in all the treatment of the mourners by the staff was very good.

Can I thank Jackie personally for her work. Everything went well, the flowers were beautiful. Nothing went wrong, everything went to plan Thank you Jackie.
Also the gentleman that drove us to Wilfred hill was very friendly, to all my family, he was very careful putting my nephew in and out of the car in his wheelchair. He felt very safe.
Also he was very kind in showing me my sister and two brothers how to carry my Mam correctly. We were so pleased that we could carry Mam it meant a lot to us.

We were very pleased with my Father’s funeral. Lymn’s were very helpful, provided good advice and were responsive to our requests. On the day, attention to detail was clearly evident & Julia did an excellent job of leading the process right from its beginnings from Lymn’s premises through to the end of the service at the crematorium. All staff were courteous and respectful. We felt our Father was in safe hands.

Mark, Steve and all at AW Lymns gave my Dad the best send off I could have wished for. I had no idea what to do as I had not done this before. Mark took me through it all step by step with so much care and thought it was so much more personal than I could have imagined. I can't thank you all enough.

I am pleased that I managed to help her create a fitting funeral  for her dad along with Stephen Wakeling and ensure he returned to his home town of Nottingham.

It was an honour for me to be there with her and the family throughout, and to be given a little insight to the wonderful man she called dad.

I hope, if she is passing the office, she knows she is welcome to call in, and that my door is always open and I can always pop the kettle on.
