Outstanding professional caring support from all staff ,especially Mark Ridout.
They ensure that everything is undertaken perfectly and assist in every way possible .
Having had to organise two funerals in five months I would have struggled without their expertise and cannot thank them enough for their attention to detail and genuine care.Chloe Lymn Rose replied

We are truly grateful for all the support we had from Lymm Stapleford and other staff we spoke to on the phone. The funeral was everything we could have hoped, made easier by the efficient preparations and on the day itself. Thank you to all concerned.

Lymns have carried out 3 funerals for my family, I can only say they have been excellent in every way, a very big thanks to Sarah from West Bridgford office, Sarah is sympathetic yet super efficient at a time when we most need it. I can’t recommend her highly enough. John Stone

The service we received was second to non. Everyone was extremely kind and thoughtful and Jackie was brilliant throughout nothing was too much trouble. The whole process went without a hitch and was extremely respectful. Thank you so much 😊

David Clarke at the Rainworth branch made a very difficult time much, much easier for us. He’s so caring and compassionate, an expert in his profession and an absolute gentleman.

The Staff were very understanding, caring, to give us exactly what we wanted,
Or they would suggest??
They didn’t make it all doom & gloom!! I came away smiling, knowing we were trying to do Our best, for who had passed away!! I didn’t want to get upset, because Mary wouldn’t have wanted us to get upset, she was ready to go !!
Not my first funeral with you, and certainly won’t be the last.
A lovely respectful Team. You helped to take the pressure off!! Just what we wanted

AW Lymn were extremely good under very difficult circumstances. I needed to arrange a funeral for my brother but wasn't able to be at their offices in person.
They were able to help me at arm's length over the phone, via email and post. Ellie and Beryl were particularly good, always professional, helpful and everything was done with an attention to detail.
The celebrant Victoria was also excellent and always available at the end of the phone or email.

We had excellent service from A W Lymn for our mums funeral, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. All of the staff we dealt with were compassionate and caring and nothing was too much trouble. We had used A W Lymn for our fathers funeral 15 years ago so they were the obvious choice for mum.
