Our funeral director Mark Collishaw has been so amazing from the first day! He made it all so easy for us to cope and plan. He has been reliable and always has a smile on his face. He is so well spoken and gets to know his clients needs so as to give the best service possible. My brother stayed with you for over two weeks but he always looked smart! The funeral was personalised and well planned! Everything we asked we got! We can’t thank you enough for all the support you! Want to say “I would definitely use your services again” but oh hell no!!’

A personal service and support with all the little touches we wanted for our Uncles funeral - we experienced a couple of hiccups on the day but the team handled everything with great professionalism and kindness. Thank you to Andrew, Jackie and the driver team

You made everything run smoothly and l am do grateful for your help with the requests l made. Helping me to be able to see my mam from my wheelchair and also keeping her close to me during the service I would especially like to thank the lady funeral director l think her name is Theresa. She treated my mam with so much respect.

I want to thank Laura and AW Lymn for the help and support they provided to the family at this difficult time.
Laura was very helpful throughout all stages of the arrangements and she has to be commended for this. She answered any questions or concerns we had, which meant there was nothing for the family to worry about.
On the day of the funeral everything we ask for we got, from the horse and carriage to the releasing of the doves. We were able to give mum the send off we could be proud of.
Minor observation, there was no-one to support the playing of the music. We had to get one of the congregation to perform that activity. Just something to be aware of, nothing to detract from the overall quality of the service from Lymn.

What can I say. Kirby at the Wollaton office is amazing she is so professional friendly and caring. Without her knowledge and caring way we would not have been able to have the service we wanted for Beryl nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed all the way. Beryl is being buried in Stockport which is a long way from Nottingham and we thought it would be a lot of organising we needn't have worried Kirby did everything for us and we thank her so much. I have used this funeral directors for my own parents and have found them to delver exceptional service before and after the funeral. I would go to no other funeral directors

Everything was done in a truly professional and compassionate way.
An awful time was made so much easier thanks to A.W Lymns especially Mark Collishaw who was the main person we dealt with.
