Everyone at A. W. Lymn were polite, respectful and compassionate as we arranged our mum's funeral. Tina dealt promptly with our many questions, phone calls and emails with patience and we wish to thank her so much for everything she did. Andy who was with us at the Crematorium was so kind and he organised everything for us so it all went smoothly. Everything had been made more difficult due to Covid 19 but A. W. Lymn did all they could so we were able to have the best funeral we could for our mum.

All of the staff (particularly Donna) that we have dealt with at A.W Lymns have been discreet, professional, understanding and compassionate.
They have shown the upmost competence and I know that the care that they have shown us and given my dad has been fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Cotmanhay, from start to finish they were sympathetic, understanding, caring, and much more. I can't rate A W Lymn high enough.
Special thanks to the team I met along my sad journey, Mick, Michelle, and Wayne.
their help made my Dad's last journey so much easier for our family and their support was second to none.
Wish I had met you all under different circumstance ..thanks once again

We were once again very impressed with the services of the Funeral Director who looked after us for our Farewell to our lovely Dad Brian, Every aspect was conducted with professionalism, care and courtesy.
It was our third funeral and would always recommend your services to anyone.

I felt very comfortable discussing issues and raising any questions with Kirby at the Wollaton Office. Her manner was lovely. When she was not there her colleagues also provided an excellent service. The opportunity to have the service streamed and then a recording on the obituary page were much appreciated. The Covid safety measures were good.
It was very much appreciated that Nigel found time to be there for us at the chapel.
