When my Dad died it was very comforting to be able to turn to the Gillott's team to support our family through the process of arranging his funeral. From the first phone call arranging Dad's collection, we felt confident in the family ethos and professionalism of the company. We were guided through an unexpected post-mortem with reassurance and compassion. On the day of the funeral, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the service and the personal touches available to us that made this special and memorable despite Covid restrictions. The cars and the flowers were stunning and the staff were immensely kind. My teenage children remarked that they would like to be able to do something as beautiful for us in their time and I completely understand. This left us with something beautiful to remember. Thank you.

The service was beyond our expectations and the staff went above board to make it such a memorable event. It was all personal to us and thos could be felt from all the efforts put into incorporating our cultural and spiritual needs for mom. No job was too big for the team and we are very thankful for such.
