When my brother passed away recently, Helen and Amanda from Gillots at Heanor were amazing . I mean amazing , nothing was too much trouble, I was helped every step of the way with  every question, every phone call I made to them … 

Hopefully in the nicest possible way I won’t need your services again anytime soon but if I did I’d come to you guys

We cannot fault the excellent service we have received from Gillotts Funeral Directors - especially from Hannah in the Stapleford office. She, Danni and Chris the Celebrant were empathetic and professional at all times, translating our thoughts and ideas into a funeral our mum would have loved. Everyone remarked that the service was 'Audrey to a tee'. Many said they enjoyed it and more importantly that mum would have loved it. All this was down to the help and advice we were given. The costs have been well within our budget, with no hidden extras. It felt as if friends were helping us rather than simply Funeral Directors. The after care service has been great, and cannot be faulted.
We'd definitely highly recommend using Gillotts.

I have used Gillotts funeral directors at Kimberley twice now, first for my daughter and recently for my dad. I have found them to be very caring and professional. They arranged everything I asked for and I highly recommend them. Nothing was too much to ensure everything went smoothly on such sad and sensitive times.

As a family we were devastated at the loss of our brother, from the moment we ask Gillotts to arrange Stephen's funeral we felt the weight taken of us ,no matter how many times we asked a question or checked something Jodie was always there to help no matter how small everything went very well .Even on the day of Stephen's funeral Jodie found me at the wake and gave me a memory stick of his photo's . Thank you to the whole team .
