Our beloved Dad passed away at Christmas after a terrible illness which was incredibly traumatic for our family. Dad was treated with care, dignity and respect from the outset. Gillots were thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate and set our expectations along the way. They really helped to set our minds at ease. Claire was amazing, very patient and understanding and made some much appreciated suggestions and tweaks along the way and was always very respectful of our opinions and wishes. The celebrant chosen (Josh Wood) was also incredible with such attention to detail and again very patient and thoughtful. The funeral itself was respectful and dignified and I have the peace of mind that Dad was given the best possible send off and would have been proud as he hadn't expressed his wishes. At such an upsetting time we felt extremely supported. I can't recommend Gillots highly enough.

Gillotts have been absolutely fantastic. We have lost both of parents within a couple of months of each other and with both of them we used Gillotts.

They are extremely professional, explain everything so clearly and are very sensitive to how you are feeling. Every single person that we have met there have been amazing and so helpful.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for support and help during a very difficult time.

I found all Gillotts staff in Eastwood very professional, helpful and kind both in the funeral planning and on the actual day. The family and friends who attended were particularly impressed with the service itself and thought the celebrant did a wonderful job. I would certainly recommend Gillotts to anyone in a similar situation in the future.
