I cannot properly convey the help I received at this most difficult time, the patience, understanding and gently asking those most difficult questions.
Guiding me through the service and helping put together the order of service, and also the suggestion of the most appropriate person to take the funeral service.
All of this help to produce the most wonderful tribute to my wife, mother ,sister and friend to many, we could not have wished for more.

Gillotts have been amazing throughout the whole ordeal of having to sort the funeral for my dad. They have been really accommodating and will happily make changes to the service whenever requested. They guided us through the whole process and helped make the horrible process that little bit more easy. So glad I went with them for arranging the service for my dad,it went perfectly on the day.

I cannot thank Gillotts enough for all their help  in organising my mum’s funeral. I live in Norfolk & thought that it would be so difficult to organise  but even from 100 miles away, Joanne & Claire helped me at every stage & to find Joanne there to lead us through everything on the day was so reassuring. Reverend Billy Nelson lead a lovely service and the flowers we ordered were beautiful.

Again, ‘thank you’  is just not enough.

Jodie was very professional ,kind and efficient in arranging Christopher’s funeral. She listened to what I wanted and was very helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for Alan. He is full of funeral etiquette and was able to guide me. Alan and the Limousine driver were very courteous and helpful. They willingly took my spray of roses back to my house,so that I could share them with my family.
Cathryn Connell was excellent in her narration of Christopher’s life.
I felt that Chris had a perfect funeral

Danni at Selston was very impressive; professional and kindly without being mawkish, I would recommend you speak with her and check that she is available throughout the organisation process.
The actual service was superbly handled by lead Funeral Director, the jaguar cars are magnificent and were driven skillfully - this was commented on by many.
It was dignified, respectful and professional, which is exactly what we wanted.
