All the staff at the heanor branch were fantastic, they held our hands and guided
us through every part of the process with gentle words of encouragement and a nothing was too much trouble ethos to help us through the painful detail's.

Everything Claire at Eastwood Gillots provided for me was exceptional. She was so kind thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble,she was there anytime I needed her and dealing with my husbands death was so upsetting for me,but the service and knowledge she conveyed to me was perfect. From the first phone call through to the day of the funeral the staff (in particular Danni) were very professional, empathetic, kind, understanding and nothing was too much trouble.
Danni made a very difficult time a little easier to bear knowing that she had our family's best interests at heart.
