The service at Gillotts was excellent. They had the right balance of compassion and sorting out all the practical details for our Fathers funeral. Danni was really great and was always very helpful and understanding as were the rest of the team.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a caring and supportive service during the difficult times that follow the death of a loved one.

These people are professionals in every way, they made a very trying time alot easier for me and my family
Could not have asked for more from any of them, such compassion & understanding from Danni as you walk thro the door to Helen who organised our requirements, then Diane who handled the ceremony and nor forgetting the drivers, an absolute fantastic team.

We can't thank Gillotts of Heanor highly enough for all the care and attention they showed us when arranging Mums funeral.
Every detail was taken out of our hands and taken care of were possible with great sensitivity during this sad time.

Jodie was really helpful and organised my brothers brothers funeral. She really did a good  job and kept us informed on everything  that we had asked her to do including getting photo tribute video link for those that could not attend   Nothing was too much for her We as a family  want to thank everyone involved

The service that was given to myself and my family at a very sad time was impeccable, from the first phone call to the meeting with us to discuss Paul's funeral details it was handled with dignity and professionalism throughout, Anthony was considerate, caring and compassionate and helped make a very emotional time a little easier. Danni was fantastic on the phone and in person and answered all my queries along the way and on the day of the funeral Anthony was caring and sincere and made the family and myself at ease and made the day so much easier to get through. Every part of the service provided for my wife,s funeral was perfect . From the first contact over the phone , the comfort and respect in helping to arrange everything to do with the day its self. I cannot find fault at all with Gillotts in Kimberley.  From beginning to end, they were helpful, compassionate and caring.  I would like to add a big thankyou to Jodie whose knowledge and friendliness eased such a hard and difficult time on the death of my husband Joseph.  She seemed to understand exactly what I wanted for him.  Thanks to all the staff at Gillotts, the funeral for my husband was perfect for him.

Gillotts are in my opinion quality at its best. They have directed funerals for both of my parents and they have shown such compassion and empathy at a time that was extremely difficult for us as a family.
