Well where do I start.. First of all I just want to give a massive heartfelt thank you to all the staff at gillotts for making Kaine’s special day perfect from start to finish! 100% effort was made from everyone involved and we couldn’t of asked for anymore. 

I would like to give an extra special sincere thank you to Jodie Wardle, this wonderful lady literally made our families one wish come true.. she went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to view Kaine after 3 months of waiting which is something we never imagined would be possible due to the circumstances. She exceeded our expectations massively, it meant the entire world to us! She did this off her own back which she didn’t have to do and personally made it her mission to make this happen for us. She went above and beyond her job role.. her professionalism, integrity, commitment and dedication shone through! She was very informative and kept us updated continuously throughout our time with Gillotts. She was able to answer all of our questions and ease any of our worries. 

She is literally an Angel on earth and we will never be able to repay her for making such a hard time  that little bit easier.. she will always hold a special place in our hearts. 

Jodie is one in a million and every funeral directors needs somebody like her!

Fantastic service from start to finish, Helen has been absolutely amazing compassionate and there every step of the way making the whole process manageable.
Both Helen and Anthony made a fantastic job with the presentation of mum and when visiting at the Chapel of rest I was taken aback by how beautiful she looked you did an absolutely superb job and I cannot thank you all enough for making the whole experience as easy and pleasurable as it could have been.
