I was treated with great respect at a difficult time losing my mum 22nd December was a difficult time of year. All arrangements ran smoothly and even to stopping outside mums house which was a short distance away. My mum looked like an angel when we visited her a lovely picture after the image when we left her at death Joanne was the one who dealt with us and she was always available to reassure us. The other staff where very respectful too. If I needed an undertaker in the future you would be chosen.

Absolutely amazing from the offset. It was an unbearable time losing David so suddenly at only 54. Gillots went above and beyond to help and ensured David got the send off he deserved.

We cannot thank Gillotts Selston office enough for their kind and compassionate help in arranging my Dads funeral.  At a time when we were so emotional and sad nothing was too much trouble and they took all the stress of arranging the funeral away. Helen came to see us at home and was there all the way through to the day itself, she was an absolute rock for us. Not only is she a really lovely, caring and kind lady who helped to make the funeral a really personal service she is so good at her job that she made it all really easy for us, giving us plenty of time to make our choices, nothing was too much trouble for her. We really cannot recommend their services highly enough.
