This was such a hard time for me as Kim left us so suddenly without warning we had never discussed funeral arrangements and from the first phone call I made to Nichola she was amazing she didn’t rush me on anything and was so helpful and understanding of how I felt at this painful time.

Completely professional and caring right from the very first phone call to arrange our appointment. 
Andrew remained with us until the very end and ensured we were all ok before we left the chrematorium.
