Thornalley were absolutely wonderful with their sympathy and support when arranging and carrying out the funeral of my husband. They kept me informed throughout about what the next step would be re paperwork, contacting the Registrar etc. as well as regular phone calls to see how I was. The funeral itself was done with respect and dignity and we were met on arrival at the Crematorium in King's Lynn by Sam who guided us through every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. They thoroughly deserve the five stars I have given them and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
