Superb in every measurable parameter, Malcolm died suddenly in unfortunate circumstances, from his first telephone call, Mr Thornalley was sympathetic, helpful, and always patient, even when I was asking daft questions. All of his staff especially Nicky could not have done more to ease us through this very harrowing time. The funeral Service was directed flawlessly. We will always be grateful.

We cannot recommend Thornalley funeral services enough. Would give them 10 stars if we could. The service and care we recieved after the sad passing of our dad was amazing. We were guided through the distressing funeral planning process with a warmth and compassion that was unsurpassed and so appreciated. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated as part of the family. There was no hard sell, just helpful suggestions that made everything as perfect as it could be. We cannot speak highly enough of Andrew and this incredible company.
