Thornalley’s were professional in both making the arrangements before the funeral and the service itself. Considering the service was presented online, it went very smoothly and several attendees commented on the quality of the livestreamed event, and also the excellent delivery of the Order of Service by the Celebrant. 

We very much appreciated the extra efforts made by Thornalley’s to ensure we were happy with arrangements, right down to the last detail including taking photos of the flowers and maintaining good communications with the family leading up to the service. 

We will recommend Thornalley’s to others.

Thoroughly professional. The whole Thornalley experience was seamless. My Mum's funeral was a warm experience. The horses and carriage were impeccable. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to everyone who made my Mum's send off so fitting and perfect.

On another note the cost of the funeral was affordable and not excessive enabling us to give Mum the very best.
