The team at Thornalley were superb, thoughtful, helpful and caring in equal measure. Not living locally made things difficult but the team were simply great in guuiding me through the challenges, timings and deadlines with not once making me feel under any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and they were willing to make sure even the strangest requests were met and made the day itself, while difficult personally, work seamlessly. Cannot thank them enough.

As a Family we have always entrusted Thornally to look after our loved one's that have passed away.

Thornalley’s are the only reason I managed to get through to the service and beyond as well as I did. Every interaction they had with me was overflowing with kindness and compassion. They skilfully and considerately made it so our mum was at peace immediately and their professionalism really was second to none. They will have lifelong clients in our family and, whilst we hope we won’t need to call on their services again in the near future, we are deeply comforted to know it will be them who will be there when we do.
