Its not easy to manage and deal with all the funeral arrangements after you lose someone close in your life but Thornallys and all the team take on the responsibility and then support and organise the arrangements with such efficiency and very little fuss.

From the first moment I spoke to Andrew on that Saturday morning you arranged the return of Terry back to King’s Lynn from Norwich and supported the family throughout the coroner issues right through to the final service management today.

Its not easy managing all aspects of a funeral but Andrew and the team have made it so comfortable at this sad time in my family’s life and we all want to say a big thank you for that.

We would recommend Thornallys funeral services above all others with in the King's Lynn and West Norfolk area.

We are so in awe of how wonderful the service was that we received. Attention to detail was second to none. 
Nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff are so kind & helpful. I have attended many funeral services that Thornalley have organised. This is the first time I have had to use them personally. There is now no way I would use any other funeral director in future. First class service at a time when you need support & compassion.

A very professional, compassionate and family orientated organisation . I had the pleasure of dealing with Ray , Tracey , Angela to name a few . Nothing is too much trouble and they go at your speed. 

We had a least three phone calls just to see how we all were and if there was anything further they could help with. HIGHLY recommended.
