Even though it was late in the evening, my initial call was answered immediately and people arrived soon after to take my recently departed father to the chapel of rest. All of my dealings after this were with Nichola who was sympathetic, considerate, friendly but most importantly efficient in everything she had to do. This all made a difficult time much easier to cope with. I would recommend Chapmans & Thornalley Funeral Services.
