Ray, Andrew and the whole team were outstanding in their care, compassion and professionalism. I had a number of specific requirements and requests, which were dealt with so well that I could not fault any part of their work. My song was played by the team at the back of the church, as I was not allowed to sing it live.The service sheets are beautiful and I am proud to be able to send them to Mum's friends who were not able to attend, partly because of distance but also because of the current restrictions on numbers allowed at the service. I loved the way the Director of the funeral party, in this case Andrew but in the case of my father Harry a few years ago it was Ray, tapped the ground to let the coffin bearers know when they were correctly placed for the next step in the proceedings. I know that the headstone is going to be perfect, as they check every step with me. I would like to extend my and my family's grateful thanks for making such a difficult time a little easier with their kindness. Bless you all and stay well.
