The initial contact was so helpful and re-assuring, and in practice the funeral was conducted just as planned, with sensitivity and clear direction.  Despite the constrictions, everybody seemed to know what to do, so that there was a good gathering at the committal. I know Pat would have approved.

When my mother died, Ray and his team provided the impeccable service for which they are rightly known. Every detail, from the initial pastoral contact to the faultless, dignified and respectful accompaniment of the coffin's path from their chapel to the church and crematorium, was executed with utmost care and military precision. When I think of my mother in the future, it will always be in tandem with the beautiful farewell that Thornalley Funeral Services made possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
