Everything was perfect on the day. I was grateful for them calling me just to ask if I was OK, especially the day of the funeral.
Andrew was very understanding. All the staff were very kind.
Having Snettisham Beach as the background for Audrey' obituary photo was especially nice.

A very professional, compassionate and family orientated organisation . I had the pleasure of dealing with Ray , Tracey , Angela to name a few . Nothing is too much trouble and they go at your speed. 

We had a least three phone calls just to see how we all were and if there was anything further they could help with. HIGHLY recommended.

Thornalley’s were professional in both making the arrangements before the funeral and the service itself. Considering the service was presented online, it went very smoothly and several attendees commented on the quality of the livestreamed event, and also the excellent delivery of the Order of Service by the Celebrant. 

We very much appreciated the extra efforts made by Thornalley’s to ensure we were happy with arrangements, right down to the last detail including taking photos of the flowers and maintaining good communications with the family leading up to the service. 

We will recommend Thornalley’s to others.
