The initial contact was so helpful and re-assuring, and in practice the funeral was conducted just as planned, with sensitivity and clear direction.  Despite the constrictions, everybody seemed to know what to do, so that there was a good gathering at the committal. I know Pat would have approved.

Our family appreciated and were very happy with the services provided by Thornalley at the Swaffham branch.All of our wishes regarding our darling mother Zelma were met with professionalism and great kindness by all the staff.We would especially like to thank Nichola for her preparation and care to mum ready for our visit in the chapel of rest.Mum looked lovely and this made a difficult time for us more bearable.Thankyou for your care and support.My sisters and I  would whole heartedly recommend Thornalley to other family members and friends when the need arises. When my mother died, Ray and his team provided the impeccable service for which they are rightly known. Every detail, from the initial pastoral contact to the faultless, dignified and respectful accompaniment of the coffin's path from their chapel to the church and crematorium, was executed with utmost care and military precision. When I think of my mother in the future, it will always be in tandem with the beautiful farewell that Thornalley Funeral Services made possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We really could not fault any of the service we received from Thornalley, from start to finish. Everyone went out of their way to be kind, helpful and show compassion at this difficult time. We were kept informed every step of the way, and really appreciated the phone calls to check to see how we were. The day of the funeral was made so much easier because of them.

This was a very dignified and professional service given. I was very impressed that Andrew rang mum twice to let her know that everything was all OK and he checked to see if mum was ok too. Which was a lovely touch.
