The care, concern and helpfulness given by all the Team at Thornalleys is brilliant. They take the worry away and guide you through what is a sad and difficult time in such a calm manner. They are to be highly commended for their service and the way they do this and I would recommend them to anyone who has a funeral to arrange.

Even though this is a business you felt part of a family. Staff very caring and thoughtful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even questions we asked that weren’t related to the funeral the knowledge and information given was more than appreciated.

From first contact with Andrew Thornalley regarding my fathers funeral arrangements I felt assured that he would be treated with respect and that Andrew and the Thornalley's team would do everything to make this most difficult of times a celebration of my fathers well lived life.
The day of my fathers funeral could not have gone any better and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thornalley's King's Lynn conducted the arrangements superbly, with compassion and thought but without unnecessary gloom. I was called several times before the service to check details and offer support. There was close attention to the requests made, so that there was precision in conducting the service. By their professionalism, and kindness the most difficult of days was made manageable.

At a very difficult time the care, sympathy, professionalism and overall attention given was excellent. From originally meeting and arranging the service with Nicky to the execution of it on the day and the courtesy calls from Andrew in between the whole process was done in a lovely reassuring manner.
