Myself and my family can not thank you enough for all the compassion and empathy that you have shown us. You were so comforting at such a sad time and made this situation a whole lot easier to deal with. Having not planned a funeral before you guided us every step of the way which took a huge weight off of our shoulders. The professionalism shown was second to none. We cannot thank Andrew and the amazing team at Thornalley Funeral Services King’s Lynn enough. Throughout the whole process the team has been incredibly supportive and thorough.

As a family we were guided through each step and had complete confidence that Dad was in the best hands possible. We had some alternative arrangements made for the day and these were all taken care of seamlessly. 

This isn’t something that anyone wishes to deal with and everything certainly felt so much easier with the support of Andrew and the team. Words will never be enough to thank them all.

I was very moved by the efficiency throughout my dealings with Thornalleys. Everyone was friendly and sympathetic on the phone and in person when I visited my husband in the chapel of rest.
The attention to detail on the day itself was outstanding, and what could have been a day of great sorrow became a day of celebration of a life well lived.
