I don't know where to start, from the first phone call on the Saturday Morning after my mum's passing, the respect,support and compassion I received from Ray and his staff was above and beyond.
At such a difficult time when your head is not fully in the game, it is so reassuring to have that guidance, quietly and unobtrusively by your side every step of the way, nothing is too much trouble, I just can't thank them enough, they look after my mum with such dignity, just as they did with my Dad.

When you lose a loved one unexpectedly and too soon, organising a funeral is heartbreaking and so tough, Thornalley have been absolutely amazing from the first dealings with them through to the funeral and beyond. Expert, professional advise, treated with dignity, the moment we walked through the door for our appointment to discuss funeral arrangements for our lived one.
Visits to the Chapel of rest were easily organised for as many times required by the family.
Follow up phone calls and the ability to pop in to discuss any question or request we may have forgotten was easy and welcome.
Travelling to the crematorium was respectful.
A friendly approachable company.

Thornalley funerals service is the place to go to give your loved one the perfect send off, from start to finish Andrew and his team were so supportive nothing was to much trouble, the level of professionalism is superb, you can see they genuinely care about the service they provide and i could not thank them enough they made my mums send off beyond perfect  everyone who attended remarked on how smoothly and professional the funeral went, I would recommend Thornalley to anyone wanting the perfect send of for their loved ones, it was makes the loss of a loved one seem more comfortingly  to know you gave them the best send off possible! We received excellent service from the start. Mum was collected very swiftly and we were kept updated.
Ray took us through the whole journey and took his time with us. Nothing was rushed and nothing was too much. Ray was in contact a few days before and on the day ensuring we were OK and understood everything. At the funeral Ray was with us all the way through and we were not rushed.
Behind Ray the girls on the phone, in reception were understanding and very helpful. Even the designer for the order of service was caring and understanding.
We as a family cannot thank Ray and his team enough.
