Thornalley Funeral Services is a small independent family business and they looked after me superbly as part of their family, when sadly my dear Mum passed. I would certainly recommend their service to anyone who find themselves having to arrange a funeral for their loved one.

Wonderful service from Nichola and Peter and the rest of the staff at the Swaffham office and in the printing department too. All were kind, helpful, considerate and accommodating. The recommendations of florist and after funeral family meeting venue were perfect as we did not know the area very well.

The customer care I received from Thornalley was outstanding. They could not have been any more reassuring, organised and efficient. I do not live in Norfolk and it was a bit daunting to organise a funeral from a distance but Ray, Andrew and the whole team were so supportive throughout the planning stages and on the day.
