Thornalleys have been a tremendous help during the worst time of my life so far.  Traci had numerous conversations with my husband while he planned his funeral.  The empathy and kindness shown to us by several members of the team after he passed away was very reassuring and greatly appreciated. On the day of his funeral I felt extremely well supported by Ray.  He made me feel that he was there just for me.  They worked so well with the Royal Marines Association to allow them to give him a dignified and well deserved send-off.

Can't praise the staff enough, they guided us though everything we needed to do and not one minute did we feel rushed. Even made phone calls to see how we were coping. Thornalley and all of the staff couldn’t have helped anymore than they did. All of the staff  are genuine caring people who helped give my dad the best send off. I couldn’t have wished for anything more. The process from start to finish was effortless. Andrew acts with genuine compassion and you can tell he puts his life into running thornalleys. My words seem inadequate to write how kind, supportive & professional Sam & Nicky were dealing with my mothers funeral arrangements.
No detail was overlooked & the advice given was heartfelt, whether in person, on the phone or by email. 
On the day of the funeral the whole team were a credit to Thornalley’s & the Piper played amazingly. 
We can never thank you enough for making the day the best send off for my mother, Bills wife & the grandchildren’s grandma.

My father has told me to use Thornalley’s for his funeral, which I hope won’t be anytime soon !

We will always go to Thornalley Funeral Service to look after our family members for their last journey. Always professional but also kind, sensitive and compassionate. They made sure we were aware of all options and went through them with us. Most of all we felt our loved one was in good hands and being taken care of. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Words cannot express my gratitude and thanks to Sam and Nicky of Dersingham.
They treated my late husband Reg with the love and care, as if he was a member of their own family.I knew Reg was in very good hands.
The kindness and support that was given to me helped me through what was a very sad and difficult time.
Special little touches on the day of Regs funeral, Sam phoning to see how I was and and all wearing blue ties, which was Regs favourite colour made it a special day. They go that extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
Sam and Nicky are so understanding and showed so much compassion. You are both truly amazing. Cannot thank you enough.
