Having used Thornally for my mother's funeral ten years ago I had no hesitation in asking them to organise my wife's funeral. From the first approach to the end of the ceremony the whole process was so professional yet with the personal touches of a family company. Every consideration and request was met seamlessly.

Dear Thornally the whole team, you’ve been lovely it took many weeks to organise my brother’s funeral it was done with such dignity and kindness thank you you all for looking after me so well and taking care of my brother Adrian and allowing me to choose the right circumstances to honour my brother and lay him to rest. I appreciate all that you did for  the family and his friends he had a wonderful send off. There are no other Funeral Directors locally we would ever consider using. The genuine understanding, compassion & respect they have shown to us and our dearly departed has been without question excellent. There are no words to express how blown away I am with the service Thornalleys provided. They handled everything with such care, empathy, consideration and professionalism. They listened to everything I wanted and it was executed perfectly. The attention to detail, the process and their service overall was faultless.

We found Thornalley Funeral Services at Dersingham to be excellent throughout the whole process. From our first meeting with Nicky we were treated with sympathy and courtesy. Everything was handled efficiently and Sam phoned us frequently to ensure that all was well and that we had no outstanding questions. Nicky also arranged for a Celebrant, Claire Singh, to work with us in planning the service and she was extremely helpful and supportive. I can thoroughly recommend them.

From the first interaction with Nicky we felt such comfort that we would be looked after by the team at Dersingham. Then we met Sam and were confident with our decision. Chris was cared for with dignity and respect, this was important to us.
The team were available for any questions and helped us with everything we needed to know for the funeral, nothing was too much.
We couldn't thank them enough and would and have already recommended to others.

Professional from the start, I made the call to ask TFS to arrange the funeral, there staff arrived at the time agreed to take my late wife to the Chapel of rest, their staff were so polite and all Sent us their condolences, are first meeting to arrange the funeral was with a lady called Steph, absolutely amazing, she would have spent all day with us if needed, she went through every detail and explained it to us at such a difficult time, she met with us on visits to view my wife, and helped me so much,the day of the funeral was spot on time, every detail was conducted as agreed, Andrew you and all your staff are absolutely brilliant well done, and thank you from all my family for making my wife's last moments a memorable occasion
