From my initial enquiries to the end of the funeral, everything was most professional but friendly: everyone I dealt with was helpful and any queries were answered very quickly. The standard of the cars and bearers was excellent. My one small niggle was that stylistic changes I had made to the Order of Service were not incorporated - I have editing experience - but this did not affect my overall satisfaction. There is quite simply only one funeral director to turn to in my opinion and that is Thornalleys. Their absolute professionalism is second to none. Everything is perfect. Second best doesn't do. However that works alongside a warm and friendly approach that puts you at your ease at all times.

Everyone of the staff who we dealt with were polite, kind,warm and professional and the service we received was first class.

I cannot thank them enough.
