From my initial enquiries to the end of the funeral, everything was most professional but friendly: everyone I dealt with was helpful and any queries were answered very quickly. The standard of the cars and bearers was excellent. My one small niggle was that stylistic changes I had made to the Order of Service were not incorporated - I have editing experience - but this did not affect my overall satisfaction. Very friendly, understanding and thoughtful,  and so helpful.   They explained what the whole process was, and what we needed to do.  They contacted us regularly to make sure everything was ok

There is quite simply only one funeral director to turn to in my opinion and that is Thornalleys. Their absolute professionalism is second to none. Everything is perfect. Second best doesn't do. However that works alongside a warm and friendly approach that puts you at your ease at all times.

Everyone of the staff who we dealt with were polite, kind,warm and professional and the service we received was first class.

I cannot thank them enough.

I couldn’t recommend Thornalley’s highly enough. They looked after our mum with such tender loving care, and received my brother and me in the same way. Everything was so professional and compassionate from the initial meeting, the arrangement of a celebrant, the order of service booklet (which was lovely) and the ceremony itself). We couldn’t thank the team highly enough for arranging such a beautiful and fitting ceremony.

The care shown to myself & my family at such a difficult time was amazing. From the first visit it felt like my Dad would be in safe hands. Every call I received, every conversation I had it was always your Dad he was never just a person. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend Thornalley even down to receiving the final bill a lovely little extra touch is included in the envelope.
