We, as a family, were very impressed with the professionalism, compassion and care we received from yourselves at such a sad and traumatic time. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled from my initial first visit
to tell them of my husband's passing to the day of the funeral .

Nothing was too much trouble for this company. They provide a tip top service. All the staff were kind and very empathetic and I had no worries at all, they thought of everything. If funerals can be stress free it was, it was happy and joyous and we were able to think about the happy memories without being troubled with logistics . Hugely recommend.

Couldn't fault anything about the way they arranged for the funeral of my Mum.
They were so helpful, patient and sympathetic with the way they interacted with me at every stage. Even little things that I didn't even think of, which turned out really helpful, they did.
I would recommend anyone go to A W Lymn at Rainworth if I was asked.

We can’t thank everyone enough for their level of professionalism, their attention to detail, and their empathy towards myself and my children, during the planning, and then the funeral of my husband. What was a very difficult time, was made far easier by everyone involved. Thank you all. I’d also like to say a special thank you to our celebrant, Tracey Matthews. She was truly wonderful, and so thoughtful. The service she put together was a perfect summary of my husbands life from beginning to end.

Excellent, empathetic service from start to finish. Staff on hand to assist throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. The funeral itself was flawless and dignified. I wouldn't choose any other funeral director service.

This was my first experience of arranging a funeral and was somewhat apprehensive about the journey and the experience of it.
We dealt with Andy McFeeters who is the Funeral Arranger at the Lymm's Bottesford office. I found Andy to be sincere and genuine. Andy guided us carefully through this difficult journey.

Our experience of planning the funeral for our mum at the Wollaton branch was at all stages excellent. Skye was efficient, empathetic and patient . We were kept informed and felt looked after throughout. Philip conducted the proceedings on the day with great consideration and respect. Many thanks.

Andy at the Bottesford branch carefully guided us through this very emotional experience with kindness and professionalism. Throughout the whole process, the team at the Mansfield Woodhouse office were exemplary.

Dear Jasmin, its not often I get to meet the person who has passed away, the majority of the time I just meet the families and listen to the wonderful life of the person we look after in our care, however I was lucky enough to meet Bob when arranging his pre-paid funeral.
