I would highly recommend A.W.Lymn. From the very first meeting, to the day of the funeral, they were professional, patient, very helpful, and most of all kind, guiding us through the very most difficult time in our lives.

Everyone treated us with such care and everything we asked for was done without question or issue. Jahnet and Julia have been like an extended part of my family. The home visit was essential and it helped dad be part of the process. Thanks to everyone

Well we’re do I start, after losing my brother very suddenly I was lost and unsure were to start. I contacted lymns and from start to finish they have all been amazing and so caring I couldn’t thank them enough. I had most of my dealings with a young lady called charis and all I can say is she was perfect with everything, she listened to what we wanted and the day turned out amazing. On the day of the funeral everything was perfect and on time and the lead of the journey and the drivers was so compassionate to us as a family it melted my heart. I would highly recommend lyms to anyone that asks me and I would never use anyone else they all have a space in my heart.

Luke Mellor at A.W. Lymm provided 5* care and attention at a time that was difficult for my Dad. From start to finish the service we received was second to none with every little detail checked and checked again. They gave the best send off we could have wanted for my Dads dearly loved wife.

Lymn's provided outstanding help from the initial chats to the final day. The service at the crematorium was absolutely lovely. Richard, the celebrant, was superb. His Eulogy for mam was something we all will treasure. Gary, on the final day, was also thoughtful and helpful. Everything was carried out with sympathetic feeling and efficiency.
All who attended mam's celebration of Life commented on the lovely service, from Order of Service, the words spoken and the slide show that depicte and celebrated mam's life.

Showed concern and empathy from the initial enquiry right through to the conveyance of mourners to the wake. All staff were helpful in every aspect of arrangements needed to ensure that the whole experience carried the minimum of stress to all the family.

from the first day our family have been treated in the most sympathatic kind and patient way,nothing was too much trouble and everyone went above and beyond to make my brothers funeral more than special,special thanks to Richard,and Jahnet, and Julia for all your care during a very sad time.I must just say that the service was so very beautiful and Richard made it so very personal to my brother.

Kirby and the team at Lymn Wollaton handled our arrangements in a very professional and sensitive fashion. They listened to our wishes and responded positively to some of our unusual requests. The choice of Column as celebrant was perfect for us and his organisation impeccable. Overall we felt very well looked after in our time of need.

The kindness and emotional support from staff - thanks particularly to Louise B - and how delicately the whole procedure was handled, made the most emotionally difficult decisions and discussions easy.
The service on the day of funeral was delivered with the correct level of solemnity for us as we celebrated the life rather than mourned the passing of our loved one.
Though not the cheapest option out there the professionalism and calmness was worth the price. I would recommend A W Lymn of Long Eaton happily, and should I still be living within the vicinity it will be in my Will for them to be used for me.
