I have used Lymns for the funerals of both my parents. They are absolutely brilliant, and the whole experience is seamless, highly professional, and handled with complete sensitivity.

Thank you to Donna and everyone who was involved in helping me arrange my Mum's, Celebration of Life. There were no issues and during a very sad and difficult time, everyone involved helped me every step of the way. The professionalism, attention to detail and empathy was there all the way through. I couldn't have done it without your guidance.

Lymn's were excellent in every aspect of arranging a funeral, making a difficult process as easy as possible. They were available for drop-in in-person visits when needed but were also quick to turn things around by phone and e-mail. Lymns's were flexible to requests, in our case, we wanted an order of service design that was not in their catalogue and they delivered without issue.
Lymn's literally took care of everything in a highly professional yet compassionate and empatetic way.
On the day of the funeral, their service was truely exceptional and they also attended the scattering a few days after with some prepared yet lovely poems that they read as a small personal service once we had chosen the spot to scatter.
I would highly recommend Lymn's to help anyone through the very difficult process of arranging a funeral.A.W. Lymn, Beeston Team replied

From beginning to the end of organising my Mum's funeral, everything was provided to a high standard, thanks to Fiona, she is absolutely a beautiful person inside and out and we could not have asked for a more wonderful person to be by our sides. On the day of the funeral, Fiona kept us smiling and was there every step of the way
Her attention to detail is execptional and nothing is a problem for her.

Lymns have been everything we could have hoped for at this sad time. They have been efficient, kind, compassionate and courteous. I also liked their warm approach, which struck just the right chord...being light, but thoughtful, of the situation.

I was very impressed with the care and service received by the Wollaton branch. The actual funeral went very smoothly without any issues and I appreciate the kindness shown from everyone involved in planning,organising and actually executing the funeral.

Dad had a Pre Paid Plan with Lymns.
From taking out the plan, arranging his funeral and the funeral its self everything was handled with such respect.
The dedication of your staff is second to none and I would recommend you to anyone who found themselves in the position that I was in.

Very poor service lack of sound in chapel

I am very sorry that you feel we provided a very poor service as I understand from both the funeral director Louise and the celebrant Richard that they were liaising and in contact with you most days before the funeral to tailor the service to your requirements. I note that there was a problem with the sound system in the cemetery chapel and that Richard had to play the music on his iPhone rather than there be no music at all. I also note that the flowers were not placed on the coffin or taken into the chapel as would have been our normal practice but that this was on the instructions of your brother that you relayed to us. I do hope that the rest of the service we provided was satisfactory and I really regret that you have thought it appropriate to mark us down to two stars as a direct result of the two matters that you mention.
