Lyms were wonderful- we have used them before and they are always so sensitive ! anamazingly good combination of efficiancy but still sensitive . The service it self was lovely - they covered everything thank you thank you

Cannot thank them enough .A difficult time for everyone but made harder due to partners health problems. This wasn’t an issue for them. Professional caring and kind and inclusive. Listened and discussed and arranged everything seamlessly and the celebrant they chose was

At such a sad time we needed help. Becky and Max were there to help and guide us. Jonathan was there at the funeral to ensure things went smoothly and the Celebrant, Anya, was calm and reassuring throughout the Service. All in all we couldn't have got through it without you and I think we all did Mum proud. Thank you.

When Richard died there was only one person to turn to and that was Fiona and her team in Spondon.
Fiona has such a calm and professional approach as she guides you through the worst thing in your life. She is always there, makes things happen and has amazing attention to detail; she called me at 6pm the Friday before my husband’s funeral on the Monday to talk me through the whole process to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The day itself was everything Richard would have wanted and that was thanks to Fiona and her amazing team.A.W. Lymn, Spondon Team replied

From start to finish they handled everything with so much care and attention to detail. My father died 100 years old and they showed so much compassion and every detail of his life was covered - many many thanks it was a beautiful service

Our funeral arranger Becky was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and nothing was too much trouble. The drivers on the day were fantastic too and again nothing was too much trouble to make sure my mum had the send off she deserved. I would thoroughly recommend this family company to anyone having to arrange a funeral for a loved one. You will be in safe hands and their care and professionalism makes a really difficult time much easier knowing all the details are being taken care of.

From our first meeting with Samantha to the day of my wife’s funeral Lymns could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
Everything was clearly explained to us and any questions we had in the lead up to the funeral were answered promptly and with great sympathy.
The timing of the transfer to Wilford Hill cemetary was superb and the transport for the family was immaculate.

We all know that a funeral can be a big expense, but you only get one chance to say goodbye, and the care and compassion they showed to both the living and the dead was priceless. Gary, Santanna and the whole team made a very traumatic time almost bearable, and nothing was to much trouble for them. They are a credit to their profession and a credit to the company. The fine send off that my darling wife so richly deserved. I can not thank you enough.

I can’t thank Jess from A.W. Lymn Arnold, Funeral Directors enough for her incredible support during one of the hardest times in my life. Organizing my Uncle’s funeral in Nottingham, while I was based in Birmingham, felt overwhelming. From the very start, Jess was friendly, supportive, and incredibly helpful. She explained the entire process thoroughly, sourced a Baptist minister and an organist, and guided us on where to conduct the service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever I called, she made me feel welcome and reassured that I could reach out anytime.
On the day of the funeral, Mark and his team were outstanding. Mark took charge of every detail from start to finish, allowing me to focus on my family and say a proper goodbye to my Uncle. Thanks to their professionalism, understanding, and genuine care, the entire service went smoothly, and we were able to give my Uncle a beautiful send-off. I’m deeply grateful for the compassion and expertise they showed, and I highly recommend A.W. Lymn for anyone in need of funeral services. Thank you all so much for everything you’ve done.A.W. Gary and Santanna, were absolutely amazing they delivered a professional service from start to finish all whilst being kind, caring and supportive. They made the process as easy as it could be and ensured that Mum was given the send off she deserves. They communicated well and kept everyone updated so that there was nothing hidden. I honestly couldn’t thank them enough in my most difficult time of losing my Mum.

Forgetting the funeral flowers on the hearse is unforgivable however the service was lovely and the family appreciated Louise’s kindness.

We are sincerely sorry that the delivery of the flowers was delayed, and that they had to go directly to the Crematorium. This should not have happened, but the kindness of your Grandmother to our staff, and when we delivered the apology letter that evening confirming the flowers would be free of charge was appreciated. My family and I would like to thank everyone who helped to organise and carry out the funeral of Geoffrey Smith.
We were first introduced to Skye, who helped us with the majority of planning, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
Colum then came to visit us to discuss the funeral service at the crematorium. He made sure that the service was just as we wished it to be and helped us with choosing a reading as well as offering good advice to my grandson who was delivering the eulogy.
On the day of the viewing, we were all emotional and Skye made us feel at ease and handled the situation extremely professionally.
On the day of the funeral Mr Nigel Lynn led the transport of my late husband and his family to the crematorium showing us all such great respect.
Nigel’s presence was most appreciated.
We were all guided most sympathetically throughout the morning, and were very well cared for.
We can’t thank you all enough for making our final goodbyes to Geoff a beautiful day in his memory.
We can’t praise your services highly enough.
