Emma has been so professional throughout the process, also very friendly and attentive. As the daughter in law I tried so hard to take all the arrangements from my husband and his mum and Emma helped me in so many ways.

Jane our funeral director at Clifton was so lovely and helped us through such a difficult time.
She was very professional and was there to help at all times.

Everyone at LYMN’s has been very kind and considerate from the moment they collected my father from home to the end of the funeral. Andrew, at West Bridgford, has kept us informed throughout, been happy to rearrange dates when requested, even checking we were ok when he was on leave and went through everything with us the day before the funeral. He couldn’t have been more helpful and made a sad occasion as stress free as possible.

I have never have had to organise a funeral before,Emma was fantastic,she made myself and my sister feel at ease!
As for the cars and the gentlemen who served us they were fabulous too!
My bosses are relatives to the Lymn Rose family and have passed on my gratitude to them!

Samantha at West Bridgfird office was very helpful in helping us make the arrangements and responding to questions we had and Matthew was very helpful at the ceremony.
