Everything was perfect as expected from Lymns.
I highly recommend Russell and the team at the Arnold branch.
They are all so kind and patient and nothing is too much trouble.
This is the second funeral I have arranged with them and they are faultless in their commitment to making the experience as easy as possible.

I cannot thank Charis enough for everything she did for us. She made the whole process feel a lot easier.
We had never organised a funeral before and she took us through everything we needed to do at the right speed.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and everything just went so smoothly.
I thought the memory box at the end was such a lovely touch. We were recommended Lymns and I would definitely recommend Lymns again.

The planning & organisation of the funeral was excellent. Michelle covered all aspects and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She took all the worry and uncertainty away and everything that was discussed was delivered faultlessly on the day. The care and understanding from the whole team at Lymn Ilkeston was first rate.

I found the team at A.W. Lymn Radcliffe and the team who attended on the day of the funeral to be fantastic. I could not criticise the day nor the build up in any way.

We've used Lymn Ruddington three times in the last few years, the most recent being for my mother. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Everything went very smoothly and they really helped us through what is obviously an incredibly difficult time.

Sorting my father's funeral was very easy with the support of the staff at Long Eaton. Julia was very sympathetic, helpful and very efficient. The celebrant they recommended was lovely and could not have chosen anyone better. Louise was very understanding when myself and my daughter visited dad in the chapel of rest and the cup of tea was very welcome.
The day of the funeral was very relaxed and everything taken care of. The service was just the right mix of remembrance and celebration of dad's life and Donna was so lovely and helpful on the day.

Becky provided a respectful and compassionate service explaining everything that needed to be done in a very professional way. It made the whole process go very smoothly at what was a very difficult time. After the service at the crematorium a number of our family and friends commented on how professional A W Lymn staff were.
