Everyone at Lymns Radcliffe on Trent have been amazing and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and patience both before the funeral and on the day itself. Everything was organised at our pace, listening and hugs came for free. It was a wonderful day and we were treated with kindness and respect. A very professional service. Thank you so much.

At times like this, you need caring, empathetic people, and that's exactly what we got. I can't speak highly enough about the whole service, from the first phone call from them to confirm they had collected my Dad and he was now resting with them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they answered every single question, efficiently. World Class Service.

I would highly recommend A W Lymn after having them conduct the funeral for my late mother.
In particular, from the initial meeting to the end of the service Kirby was amazing!
Her knowledge and advice was very much appreciated, as was her caring and compassionate manner. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was taken care of.
She was also aided by Ilona based at the Beeston branch who was very kind and members from other branches to drive the cars and bear the coffin which were both pleasant and professional.
The service was conducted Mark, the Civil Celebrant who took the time to learn about mum and added character and depth to the service which she would have loved.
We’ve had many comments regarding how lovely the service was, how well the day was organised and how dignified mums final send off was.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their care and understanding after our loss of dad , grandad.
Luke Mellor was so kind and supportive through the process of arranging dad’s funeral. Paul Richardson on the Day and Arron Travis ( Civil Funeral Celebrant) who made Dads life celebration so personal and perfect for Dad and his family.

Used AW LYMN twice now for both my dad and mum . Both times been fantastic. Couldn’t thank them enough at such a sad time . 3 people stood out for us Stacey max and Johnathan , they made my dad and mum’s final journey just so perfect

Lymns have been very good throughout giving us details or changes whenever needed
The only problem I’d say is we never got dad’s fingerprint I have been told it should be policy to take finger prints straight away?
But Jane called to say the coroners couldn’t get a finger print as I’d had been too long which we are very upset about

Mrs Broughton, thank you for taking the time to leave this kind review, particularly in relation to Jane’s kindness and Richard’s professionalism. We are however sorry to read that you were disappointed that we were unable to take dad’s fingerprint for you. I am not sure how you had been given the impression that we would take a fingerprint straight away, as we only take these when requested, but we are truly sorry that the time between dad’s passing and the date of arranging his funeral was so long, due to waiting for the Coroner’s paperwork to be issued, and that this meant we were unable to take his prints once he arrived back in our care. It is a very professional and organised company, the day of our funeral was very stress-free due to everyone involved from Lymn's. The funeral cars and drivers were exceptional, we could still have a good chat & they remained concerned about us & our beloved mother the whole time.

I would highly recommend A.W.Lymn's. Edward Martin is absolutely brilliant in every aspect, a teue gentleman who dealt with us with care, empathy and efficiently - always available at the end of the phone and no question or request was ever a problem. Special mention to Izzy, Lucinda and Megan in the Nottingham office who have looked after us with so much empathy and care.

The whole team were, empathetic and professional throughout the whole sad process.
We would especially like to thank Louise who went above and beyond to secure an appropriate venue and was amazing on the day ensuring everything went smoothly.
On the day of the funeral the team were outstanding and attended to every detail even turning the cars around in readiness to follow the hearse to the cemetery.
Thanks also to Kirby, Ilona and Chris the driver.
I can absolutely recommend.
