I used the Beeston office and I found them very supportive throughout the process. They had a structured approach to gathering all the information required for the committal service to proceed exactly as we wanted.
We were able to look at different elements and decide which were suitable, with no pressure to take more expensive elements. We were also given time to reflect on the choices available and consult with other members of the family before deciding.

I’ve never had to organise a funeral before but Santanna was so compassionate, calming and organised that we delivered a superb funeral for my father. He will have loved it.

Lymn's did an exemplary job. Our funeral arranger, Michelle was empathic and so kind in helping me through the process; not only in deciding how the service would be conducted, but also in advising on the administration process, explaining what I needed to do and when. She listened attentively to my wishes and made thoughtful constructive suggestions, without pressure, that made the day as close to perfect as it could be. The celebrant that Micelle suggested, Shirley Reed, was brilliant and delivered a warm and engaging eulogy. Our family and friends remarked on what a beautiful service it was, and how it was totally appropriate for my late wife.

Dear Trogg and Family, I'm not sure where to start, thank you for trusting me to look after you all, and with the arrangement of Denny’s Funeral. I never met her, but with you all telling me details about her, it was easy to add all the personal touches to make her funeral one to remember, celebrating her life and making sure she will always be remembered. I'm really pleased the children felt safe enough with me to let me guide them through this devastating loss of their mum. It cost me a bag of sweets!! but definitely worth seeing them be proud of such a wonderful mum, and obviously daughter to you too. Thank you all from Michelle and Mick at Lymns Ilkeston. -

Julia and Nicola were professional and very welcoming and explained everything fully, they were there for a shoulder to cry on and a coffee and a chat, they looked after my dad with respect and compassion and very grateful. The day of the Funeral Julia and staff were attentive to our needs and was always there to help in anyway possible to get us through the day, with a reassuring touch or to guide us through.

The service that we have received from Becky, Colum, Jonathan and Andy on 2 recent occasions within our family has been amazing....
On both occasions Becky supported us throughout the whole process taking care of every detail at such an emotional time in our lives. The team - Becky, Colum, Jonathan and Andy - were so professional. They were immaculately presented and they were so clear and articulate with instructions they were patient and understanding, compassionate, kind and caring and above all respectful.

Having never had to deal with arranging a funeral before it could have been daunting. However Louise Bramman was superb and straightforward to deal with in sorting my dad's funeral. Both Louise and her colleague Tom Dawkes are a credit to A.W Lymn, as was celebrant Richard Marshall, who did a phenomenal job in honouring my dad by telling his life story. I will be forever grateful.

This company was outstanding.
Empathetic and patient. The attention to detail was lovely. My son was only 10 and wanted to walk in front of his Grandfathers coffin. Matthew the funeral director on the day looked after him and wore his school cufflinks as he knew he had gone to the same school as my son. They happened to both begin the same school House so Matthew was able to talk to my son at put him at ease.
It was a very difficult time and the lady I spoke to at the Ruddington branch was very experienced and kind and knew just what to say and was sincere, nothing felt contrived or scripted.
