From Start to finish the service was impeccable.
From the Cars arriving at the Home to return it was perfection, the dignity and respect that was shown to our Resident was heart-warming to say the least.
The Service led by Tracy who was recommended to us by Michelle was beautiful.

Dear All at The Rookery Care Home, I must start by saying in my time I have never met such a wonderful care home. The attention and thought going in to looking after the arrangements for Carol was out of this world, from the flowers, her wicker coffin, and the beautiful gown – I do hope Carol approved of all the choices and she really did get the best send-off. AW. Lymn helped me and my siblings organise my father's funeral. Skye was helpful in guiding us through each stage, giving us time to think about different aspects of the service and choices we had to make. She put us in touch with a lovely celebrant who helped with the service itself. Skye was patient and sensitive at what was a difficult time to have to make decisions. Skye was prompt in replying to questions whether that be by email or phone. We found Lymn were flexible to accommodate our wishes in how we wanted to say goodbye to my father.
On the day of the funeral the directors were calm, kind and professional. Everything was just so. It was nice to be know we were in good hands and could concentrate on what we needed to on the day of the funeral.

The whole process directed by Sam Turnbull at the Lymn's branch in Ollerton was outstanding. The attention to detail was perfect at every stage of Mums funeral, resulting in a send-off for my late Mum which will forever be remembered, for so many positive reasons.
