Tracey was very caring and supportive every step of the way. We had just lost a father and husband, which is just devastating. she listened to us and didn’t rush us to make any decisions. She certainly went above and beyond, to ensure that everything was just perfect. Thank you

Sam at Lymn's Ollerton branch was so very helpful. She helped us every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Sam provided constant help and support, and was there whenever we needed her. Organising a funeral for a loved one is a horrible time, but Sam helped us through it and the funeral director on the day (sorry I've forgotten the gentleman's name) was reassuring, patient and supportive throughout the day. Thank you Sam and the team, for everything you all did to help us through this terrible time xx

I was happy with everything that was asked of A.W. Lymn (Beeston). They buried my sister in 1997 and my mother in 2025. I would use again if I had to arrange another funeral.

Alex & the team went above & beyond to arrange everything for Dad’s final farewell. Always at the end of the phone & took all the stress out of a very upsetting and sad time for our family.

My family’s experience using lymms was very positive and friendly.
I Lona was fantastic and professional and she made the whole process effortless and less complex than it initially felt it was going to be. She had the ability to listen and interpret our ideas to tailor make the funeral to our exact needs
The staff generally were extremely sensitive and respectful in a potentially difficult and emotional situation
The celebrant was fantastic and very kind and sensitive to my family’s feelings and supported us through the day of the funeral and delivered a professional eulogy and gave us physical support and guidance
All in all a very incredible positive experience

As a family we were supported and guided through the process of organising a funeral. Every member of the Lymns team treated us and our mum with respect and dignity. Special thanks to Santanna and Gary who were so kind at one of our saddest times

At such an emotional time, losing a loved one, the calm, kind, compassionate support that Lymn's Funeral Director, Andrew McFeeters gave to us was very much appreciated. There is much to think about arranging a funeral, at a time when you are trying to make sense of the over whelming feelings of grief.

I cannot thank Lymns enough for being so compassionate, understanding and professional in helping me to arrange the funeral for my mum. Emma at the Radcliffe Office was just so lovely to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral the funeral director, Tony, was understanding and respectful as were the pallbearers and drivers. I know it takes a whole team to make everything come together and I absolutely appreciated the hard work and thoughtfulness of everyone involved. Thank you
